I’ve always known my life’s purpose was to help other women find theirs, but it was scary as hell letting go of my perceived image of “successful woman” in order to embrace my own authentic identity. I know, from personal experience that soul-driven and successful don’t have to be adversaries. Both are possible.
I have an eclectic background in both the corporate world and as an entrepreneur and have found what looks, but doesn’t always feel, like success in both places. It wasn’t until I found the courage to dig dig deep and learned how to lean into and use my inner knowing as a guide that I found my calling and a sense of fulfillment.
I’m a Certified Empowerment Coach and IFS Trained Practitioner with an emphasis on Somatic Embodiment & Regulation Strategies, a Trauma-Conscious and Registered Yoga Teacher, Level I & II Reiki Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, a published Author & Artist and find that when I let the Big Dreamer, Mess Maker, Bliss Follower and Lover of the words, “I’m so inspired right now!” parts of me be my guide, magical shifts happens. Doors open. Unexpected opportunities present themselves.
